data center
should in theory be up and running pretty quickly and there will very likely be a NR about it. Basically as I understand it GSI's data center is basically a rolling rack of servers, routers and computers added to a huge room of hundreds/thousands of other servers, routers and computers and staffed by IT guys. In simple terms.
Commercial data centers are entire buildings devoted to the housing, storage, and support of a large amount of server hardware and networking equipment. Several organizations often share space in data centers. On the other hand, a server room is a room specifically designed and allocated to store servers on your premises.
A server is a computer or system that provides resources, data, services, or programs to other computers, known as clients, over a network. In theory, whenever computers share resources with client machines they are considered servers.
