I listened to it online. All motions were passed. DD did a summary of last year and the first half of this year. The Q&A was probably the most interesting part but as usual DD can't really say too much. He did say they are aware of some institutions buying small amounts and the company being positioned well for the coming renewal cycle in the K-12 market which is just starting. Any
