MDC subscription estimate

The subscriber list of MDCs must be very close if not over 5K

1) 3000 MDCs noted in early spring
2) 1400 added (?) in the May contract
3) 250 added in the Lexington contract

At 4650 subscribing units and at a min. $25 USD / month ($35 CDN), that works out to about $1.95M CDN annually. Given the valuation of SaaS companies on rev, the median is about 13X (Doug mentioned 10X). These subscriptions should be pretty sticky as well. This added valuation is $25M CDN or about $.27 / share.

On the latest common sense interview Doug stated the following on minute 25: "we want to tripple the number of data collectors that are delivering recurring revenue soon enough..."  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8MtCdQb2yo&list=PLSsIfS-BFtrzMn3ZY3cqhwUrWuiDb-Ft4&index=7

I guess tripling it takes itto the threshold number of 10,000. We should see what the actual number is in the year end reporting. Doug sees the numbers and ilikely is an excited child in a candy store, we're stuck outside peeking through the window.

If that 10000 MDC hook-up threshold materializes, and there is (no reason it will not , with the increased sales staff),it would lift the MDC's hook-up program well above  1 % revenue, and present a very positive scenario for  large re-occur revenue overall .---  One (could) , possibly look at the current situation of adding to thier positions,to be an astute investing move. --I ...more

"-I certainly would not be a holder selling at this time" FWIW, those offers on the ask side are being moved up as the share price advances over the .66 resistance.

You are precisely correct again Ciao. As the share price inches up  and gets closer to the tax loss boys average price, they will ''pull thier sells'' quite quickly''.----  The ''fence sitters''dithering about whether to take  or add a position, might want to think about  dusting  the moths out of those wallets and empty the chump ...more

Good call - currently only four lots at .69.  I want to sell (a small chunk) for some needed cash and I moved my ask up as well. We'll see if I'm being greedy.

griz, you are not being greedy. However your in a tuff spot because you are relying on the penny pinching retail investors to purchase shares and move the needle. As we have witnessed that's like watching the grass grow. We need a news wire that keeps investors wanting to buy into this little Canadian gem. So far just not happening, and that is keeping the institutional boys on the sidelines. ...more
