Effective Nov. 1, 2019, International Parkside Products Inc. has entered into a two-year agreement with Vitec Imaging Distribution U.S. to be the exclusive distributor for the photo channel for the United States, with options to renew.
Vitec is a leading global provider of premium branded products and solutions to the fast-changing and growing image capture and content creation market. Other brands distributed by Vitec include Manfrotto, Joby, LowePro, Gitzo, Avenger, Lastolite, National Geographic and many others. As the leading brand in the world for lens cleaning and sensor cleaning, LensPen is a natural addition to the Vitec stable of top brands. Vitec has excellent distribution in all major U.S. consumer electronics chains, wholesalers and photo specialist stores, and its distribution through Amazon and other on-line retail photo channels is second to none.
The company has already received from Vitec a substantial opening order for the busy fourth quarter retail season. This opening order is the largest single release order the company has received for the U.S. photo market in the past two years, and the company is confident that, working together with Vitec, its sales for the U.S. photo market will continue to increase significantly as the company and Vitec continue to work closely together throughout the term of the agreement and beyond.
