I have a feeling the deal will fail
and it will be due to expected better numbers going forward because of lakesides upgrades and increased demand, ....................(increased Rig counts due to oil prices etc.) I wish

Rec'd THE package and just voted on line today against the planned take over... Will also hold all shares until deal is done or rejected.. The meeting on March 26th will tell the tale of this sad
