given I have already over posted. Let me start by addressing what people are in my eyes wrongly calling a scam. None of this company's management past or present scammed any of us from my perspective despite being disappointed about what has and continues to be the case here. In regards to the Dugalas as I said in the past we still have to give where credit where it is due. They paved the foundations to this tech which the company continues to build on from my perspective. They had shown proof of concept and were sincere in wanting the tech out there just as much as when Poet was conceived. Maybe it will happen who knows it just wasnt the time. Like Poet the current management took practical means to potentially get revenue and took a half step with the tech meaning that they abandoned the square lens for the conventional round ones but that was still based on the Dugals tech whether people want to accept or share this opinion I will not debate. The Dugalas held everything possible to get coverage raise money and do their part like I said it didnt happen but due to their efforts to succeed despite falling short is far from a scam. Now in so far as Paul he still is doing what he can to continue you on same damn thing. He could have taken his money have this company collapse and we surely lose everything. He never did that because he like us has skin wants to succeed so he brought in Rich so how the hell do you call this a scam. There is a difference between falling short with the best intentions in mind and not really caring taking whatever money and running away the latter is a scam the former hardly. Now Rich is doing his best to see things through. I am not praising any of these guys but I am speaking from a position of neutrality and to facts so that we are clear at least from this point of view what is and is not a scam whether one accepts this or not well will no doubt shape your opinion of scam or not from my perspective even I like everyone else is far from happy and impressed I do not and will not call any of the management scammers. Now in so far as my fantastical claims I will without keeping count and looking things up say I am about 50 50. People who are overly concerned about my claims can dig through all my stock postings if they want I wont I dont have the time but let me try to give some. Fails nxt qsl sio tng....these went belly up there are more fails let's even inflate numbers and say 10 What I was right on but in time and either I traded out of the right one or lost faith in some Acuity ads I said would in time reach $20 look where it is I sold at $2.50 Pyr $5 plus ditto Exro 2 to 5 look where it is Hpq a few dollars in a buck range Div I said was low it tripled Cwx same thing Espial was bought out Shg 1 to 2 look where it is Acdc I said prior to selling a few bucks still hold this Said spor would hit .50 within a year it did Mrs will exceed .10 it did tgs .25 to .50 it did These all I can think of on what came to pass so 14 fails if that 10 plus is accurate which I believe may be and 12 wins so I actually called more right than people are talking about I am not saying this of ego but to set the record straight. At the end of the day I benefitted far less than I could have and those right calls are the driving force as to why I will listen more closely to my intuition and will not likely move off my price points in present time....this has nothing to do with greed ego etc or has to do with the destiny I am looking to create which I have said very openly I am after a billion plus within 20 years and I will use numerous trading strategies and not stop until I get there!!! Whether I share this openly is highly unlikely but my so called potential going to 0 hasnt happened just as I have said to people who said get out of all I am doing I had less than $1000 worth at one point last year I am at $10,000 right now had I kept all my shg shares I would be closer to $32,000 but that happens I cant worry about that or all my other potential lost unrealized gains anymore than I am doing a jig with my massive wins I cant I have to see everything with equal neutral eyes and feeling to keep learning and growing so I can achieve key milestones the time window is a goal but I need to see beyond this within 20 years finite time and space just focus on the end game that is here law of attraction that is my mind set and where I am currently coming from in the past not as strong. Finally if you guys want to come at me fine but all I say is have a pair to give me a chance to reach out privately and I will answer to whatever it is you want to slam me about I will not deny those things that i have yet again raised on the boards. If there is more beef you have against me do tell and i will address it. If i am wrong i will say so if what is being said needs to be qualified such as what i said about the $2plus share price i will...again i said if commercially successful nxo can go $2 plus if not it depends on revenue yes I did call for $20 but I also said as high as $100 see I dont lie ;-) Now if you dont take me off ignore and you come at me on the boards I will not address grievances publicly anymore. You will obviously hold your opinion of me that is perfectly fine and I of you as not having a pair I guess that makes us equal. I hopefully will not be back I really want to honor the bet better than this and to who I lost to I am sorry. To who who hold me to it the same thing. I would strongly disagree with this statement The investor is definitely responsible for their buy and sell decisions but the company is 100% responsible for providing timely, accurate, information so that the investor can make an educated decision. The company is also 100% responsible for managing it's resources with the sole goal of providing profit to it's shareholders.

You invest your money, you take your chances.  Read the company's Management Discussion and Analysis and they discuss all considerations including risk of non-execution and failure.  Obviously, you didn't do that, because I suspect the extent of your due diligence is limited to what you read on investment boards.  Like stockmonster who is trying to push a tiny microcap OTCBB

Gekco, say what you will but I sold WCVC at a 600% profit. So what's that again... Of course I looked into the company. Complete gamble with a tiny amount of cash 588% percent on THRM. And even a lesser 31% on one account for NXO. Anyone investing in venture is obviously willing to take risk. NXO is years away from value. Vaxil likely 10-12 months from a vaccine. thermabright likely 3-5 months

All like MD&As highlight the risks and they certainly have been in the case of NXO ALIIS may fall flat on its lenses.  But ALIIS and NXO could also deliver on their promise and my bet is something will come of this
