Looks like it is just forecasts for 2024 and beyond. Most of their growth was between 2019 and 2023. So possible end of growth cycle for the company for the time being. They might be caught up on ...more

Management Cease Trade Order

Maybe it's to buy some extra time to complete it's annual filing or maybe something worse is coming. But it's never good when a company starts missing it's filing deadlines.

Recent news release says 50% of $8,050,000 will be converted at 30 cents so that means an additional 13.4 million shares if I read that correctly. This does not do much to address the cashflow problem ...more
