David Paul Farrell, CEO and Director, acquired 850,000 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Lisa Farrell at a price of $0.080 through a private transaction on October 24th, 2018. This represents a $68,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%. 

On the same terms, Gordon Keep, a Subsidiary Executive, acquired 200,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.080. This represents a $16,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 16.7%. Quentin John Adrian, a Director, acquired 125,000 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Quentin J. Adrian Law Corporation. This represents a $10,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%. Finally, Geir L. Liland, a Director, acquired 75,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $6,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.

Oronova Energy is in the Integrated Oil & Gas Sub Industry Group under the Energy Sector.

Mike49, you are right on with this.  The Guistra gang and Jeffery are flush. The market is very illiquid they can take this where they want. Everything here is good to go,  Can they promote a high impact Western Canadian basin oil project into all the over production and constrained pipe?  What a bath today.  I am very long but am I wrong?  Fundamentalwise...everything

The revised pp today gave me more confidence that there is some substance here.the paper people took it to the assett sellers that the market is craap so better deal needed and boom. assuming originals simply doubled up on holdings,acb around for them around 11 cents and wts. I have an idea what the asset is but there are 2 or 3 in the works of this size that I know of and maybe not even this one

Very strange market indeed.  Yesterday December 11, someone mindlessly stacked 25000 share offers from $.09 to $.15.  Some possibilities include a leak they cannot raise the money or the deal is dead.  Some large shareholder purposely getting in the way.  I cannot think of a bullish activity for showing stacks of 25000 share orders. WTF...

It is possible a big engineered cross is coming at $.08 (guessing) which is meant to give someone free trading paper in exchange for PP participation (4 month hold paper). Orders are stacked to discourage buyers until the cross is complete.  That is one possibility. There are some big shareholders that could help with positioning.  This is a deal or no deal oil market.  A ballsy

Bottom line is it is the share structure driving the deal now. as I mentioned, don't know if the new crowd is down with the old crew but someone obviously looking for a 'liquidity event'. methinks the deal(s) close when at aforementioned dates. ( I just came off clean up job tcpl re sequoia mess and the regulator is NOT happy with this shell game b.s.) if there is a sale,it means a

All the best Mike, I am loaded up on this one at their entry point (sans some unknown el cheapo shares they may have bought earlier from the previous iterations).  The very pointed 25000 share stacked orders have vanished for now and there was no cross.  Whatever investor issue was resolved or some other positioning is off (who knows).  It sure cleans up fast enough.
