TVI Shareholder Club, I just emailed Patrick Hanna,CFO,today, as follows;
Dear Patrick, hope your well.
 
I have a analogy for you.
TVI shareholders are the greyhounds and the constantly moving TVIRD IPO listing is the piece of rabbit fur.
 
That was just to get your attention, however, seriously I feel that Mr. James and Mr. Villar should demonstrate some respect for TVI shareholders and issue an definitive timeline stating start of the process and anticipated IPO date.
Also, what the problem with Siana ? It was to be commissioned January,2024, it is now 4 months later.
 
Please do not respond with all the factors which have stalled the IPO process the past 8 ½+  years.
 
I am going to post this email on some of the boards in the hopes that these issues will be addressed by the powers that be.

So there is no response from TVI to date and therefore it is safe to assume that TVI Shareholders are not really that important to the company.  Since most options available to us shareholders are self defeating ( i.e. blow out our shares/ trash the company etc.  ) we are limited in our remaining  possible actions.  Possible actions: Inundate TVI's  Patrick Hanna

There's not much we can do , cliff has made a living of this for 30+years , he won't stop. I tought things start moving when villar bought shares and cliff bought a lot of options. There's no sign since the fisrt IPO attempt back in 2015. I sold 3/4 of my shares , got 300k left. I lost faith personnaly.

Nice try anyways Rooster, but I'm sure Cliff has millions more votes than all of us little guys combined, and I'm sure Villar would support him if need be.    Nothing we can do will sway their minds from what they will do.  I've already have accepted the fact that I will lose most or all of my money that I've invested into TVI.  Probably need 10 to 15 cents to

You are right that between Cliff's 24 M shares and Villar's 87 M ,total 111 m shares, it would be tough but not impossible  for the readership on this board ( around 250 ) to dwarf these guys shares. Recieved an acknowledgement from Patrick Hanna,CFO TVI today ( May 16) More to come. "I assure you that we do care about our shareholders and I expect to respond to you more fully in the next few days."   Thank you and regards, Patrick.

I guess we are still waiting for a response from Patrick Hanna.  Maybe he has some good news for us.

I do not know what is going on.Patrick informed me on May 16 that he expects to provide a fuller response in the next several days.I have emailed him 3 times since then and no response. Maybe he forgot that he had to complete the first quarter fins.I seems out of character for him. IMO I feel this ghosting is probably a result of Cliff's and/or Villars direction. Time will tell.gltu
