why no interest in company?

this company seems to be making good profit but seems to have 0 interest in stock. any obvious reason.

Industry conditions are nearly perfect. VTX delivers negative earnings in the best Q in the calendar. This all equals = No Interest

Four reasons come to mind: (1) 32 Degrees Capital overhang - no way to know for sure how many shares ultimately must be sold. (2) Debt level - note how finance costs have gone up with interest rates. (3) So-so Q1 result - fits pattern of company having a hard time getting to consistent profitability.
