Private Placement - $1m - Is is going to Close?

Zonetail is tryingn to raise $1m at $.02. They SHOULD have clsoed a portion of this financing per the associated press release, but I see no news on that yet. ANybody got any more info?

Well the PP that was supossed to close on March 15th has now been puched back to April 16th. These jokers will never close that PP with their nonsense business plan - or lack thereof. Not a serious company, not for investors.
