Gold Terra Resource Corp > Junior mining biggest problem.

Junior mining biggest problem.

Every junior mining company starts out with a plan to find or prove up a mineral deposit and turn it into mine to make money for its sharholders. Sounds simple enough to get people excited to get on board. Why do so many so many of these not make it to become a mine or get sold to a miner. We all know those deposits are rare and a smart investor waits untill they get some kind of prove they are on to something but that is not enough to reduce your risk of loosing your money. Management is just as importand as the deposit.
They can make or break the stock by not doing the work or milking it dry.
If you get your project right with great management in a good juristriction what is next on the list for failing. I would put market sentiment next. You can have it all but if nobody cares the stock still goes down. That is what happend to us. You run out of money to suport the drill program and need to sell shares to keep going. We now went from being a potential twenty bagger to a ten bagger in two years doing nothing wrong in the company. That is why DILUTION is a killer for all junior mining companies. I remember GP in an intervieuw when he first came on board give himselve 3 years to prove the gold was here.He knew the money would dry up and dilution was the result. He also hoped as he proved the gold was here the market would reward him with a higher price making it less painfull to dilute. The one thing he can not control is the one to watch now. Gold is up and GP keeps finding more so what's up market???Give us a break we don't deserve to be thrown out with the bathwater..

We are not getting thrown out with the bath water yet. We got to keep drilling and show more gold   we need to prove up some large gold reserves 50-60-100 million OZ gold it is there we. got lots money to drill keep drilling. show large assays and lots off. The mine will start soon

I did not say we are being thouwn out with the bathwater yet. The whole sector shure feels like we have been on the edge for years. What I do mean is if our valuations as a sector does not catch up to the current higher gold price we run the risk if being completely overlooked. Again that is not my prediction. A turn in the market like it did with the gold price should trickle down to us soon. It ...more

Ok I,am studying the website now !!!  my conclusion is.  you are running like a chicken with his head cutoff   we are a junior gold exploration prodject. all junior gold exploration projects have there highs and lows  we are low now cause we have not exploration drilled enough to prove up our ground we are working on it. Do you not understand the whole world is in a down turn ...more

LOL. You got me. Headless chicken. That's a first after 68 years on this earth. I better put it back on to see your prediction come true in 3 years. Yes we have the land to explore for more than one or two new mines but non of that is happening in the near future, Nor does any of it add up to 50 million ounces. We are lucky in this market to get the old mine back open. Dilution is real and bad ...more

Agree with you CP ... it's drill what we can , when we can and yes we have to wait it out....it's all here

He has to get his feasibility done first to get the market to chew on something else then drill results and ounces in the ground before he waits it out. We also have to get that extention in the works from Newmond. All we supporters can do is keep the conversation going and come up suggestions he probably already knows. The public however is another animal . Never seems to amaze. What's for ...more

Step one of ways and means forward at con is clearly dependent on drill results of 56, we know something is there when he hits the CS, wedges will be required to further the con plan.... if he proves with 56 that he has high grade ( no good reason to think that it's not gonna be there) ....it will be all hands on deck if 56 proves what GP thinks ( probably knows ) ....he is not walking away ...more

It feels like everybody is waiting on the result now. It is the most likely hole to hit high grade gold to date since GP got in charge. As hard as it has been to keep the program going the sweeter it will be for GP to be right in the end. The market is just like a bank. Nobody will toutch you when the going is tough but as soon as it looks easy they all throw money at a project. Classic FOMO. High ...more

Certainly is what many wait for but..to bad money markets are what they are..besides con GP has proven north of town holds significant gold aswell and has only scratched the surface there .would be nice if we had money to be working at both locations..bit of time and that will change as well.
Comment by CaseProdemo on May 02, 2024 11:26am
Yes it is not a one trick pony. If you look at the five high grade gold camps that are in Canada we are the only company that owns the whole thing. It is realy amazing the potential if only we had access to capital that does not whipe out current shareholders through dilusion. There are other ways to go around this problem by JV options or selling future production. So far GP has not gone this ...more

56 when complete will be telling and will be the breading grounds for a raft of possibilities for wedges and if its that good , and money availability is good or at least changes from what it is now, may also warrant another deep hole.  two holes will not define this deposit but they are clearly going to define if there is going to be a new significant program that someone will buy into ...more

I beleive we will be wedging all year if no mistakes are made and we loose the hole sooner. Some of the miners are beginning to move up. It's a start.

Ok you hot shot investors here is what we do. First of all get your position these shares will be going up.    way up.  We will be drilling for the rest off the year, you can drill out 6-7 wedges per main hole wedges can go quick  and slow depending on your ground   hard is good. soft is tricky what ever were going threw it  to our depts.  so your main hole then.  ...more

GP has no problem buying at these prices and it's not just to satisfy us lol ... he knows what he is on to and people should recognize this. There is no good reason to believe that the left does not look like the right or better said the south like the north of the con shaft  ( albeit deeper ).... remarkable that its never been explored.... had gold not dropped the way it did in 2003 it ...more
