Campbell is a geologist with over 30 years of experience, and has worked in various commodities, including gold, nickel, lead, zinc, uranium and industrial minerals. He is currently running an Ottawa-based geological consulting firm.
Ivanhoe Energy Inc. (TSX: T.IE, Stock Forum) was up 4.4% to 71 cents after the company announced that it has completed the previously announced transfer of subsidiary Sunwing Zitong Energy’s participating interest in a Chinese oil exploration and development contract to Shell China Exploration.
