Theralase Technologies Inc. (
TSX: V.TLT,
Stock Forum) fell 26% to 40 cents Wednesday after the company said it is proposing to proceed with a public offering of units priced at 44 cents per unit.
The aim is to generate gross proceeds of between $4 million and $8 million, money that will be used to fund research and development activities by Theralases’s Photo Dynamic Therapy, and Therapeutic Laser Technology Divisions,
the company said in a press release.
InMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (
CNS: C.IN,
Stock Forum) jumped 10.7% to 31 cents on news that the company has closed a non-brokered private placement for up to $1.05 million.
The company said in a press release the placement was comprised of 10.5 million units priced at 10 cents per unit.
