Arianne Resources (TSX: V.DAN, Stock Forum) Wednesday said it would sell its Brouillan Ouest property to Exploration NQ, as well as its Héva property to Midland Exploration.
Arianne will receive one million shares of Exploration NQ and 60,000 Midland Exploration shares in addition to $30,000 in cash from Midland as part of the transactions.
Arianne Resources is selling these non-core properties to focus on developing its Lac a Paul phosphate-titanium deposit.
