SGX Resources (TSX: V.SXR, Stock Forum) Friday announced the appointment of Greg Gibson as a director of the company effective immediately, this according to a company news release.
Gibson is the former President and CEO of Trelawney Mining and Exploration, which was acquired by IAMGOLD last year in a $600 million deal.
On May 17, 2013, Gibson resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Gold (TSX: V.NGM, Stock Forum).
