Callinex Mines Inc. (
TSX: V.CNX,
OTCQX: CLLXF,
Forum) on Monday released new assays results from drilling at its Nash Creek zinc deposit in New Brunswick.
Three of these four holes expanded the Nash Creek Deposit to the northwest of recently reported drill holes NC17-248, NC17-255, NC17-257 and NC17-269, which were reported in a news release dated January 18, 2018.
Highlights from Monday’s announcement included Drill Hole NC-249, the northernmost hole. It intersected extensive mineralization, including 53.8 metres of 2.8% zinc equivalent at a depth of 18.5 metres including two separate higher-grade intervals of 11.5 metres averaging 5.1% zinc equivalent and 10.7 metres grading 4.0% zinc equivalent within 60 metres of surface.

Callinex was in the news recently when
the company said it continues to announce impressive results from its Pine Bay project near Flin Flon.
The company said drill hole PBM-024 intersected 2.6 metres of massive sulphides, grading 3% copper equivalent, containing 1.64% copper, 0.5% zinc, 0.92 grams gold, 34.6 grams silver.
