Westleaf to Acquire Half of Delta West Extraction Facility

Canadian Cannabis Company Westleaf Inc. (TSX.V:WL, Forum) stated on Monday that it will acquire Delta 9 Cannabis Inc.’s (TSX: V.NINE) 50% interest in the Delta West extraction facility. This brings Westleaf’s ownership up to 100% and the Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 5,600,000 common shares in the capital of Westleaf.

Last week, the Company announced that it will acquire 100% of cannabis retail company Canndara Canada Inc. With more than 50 prospective premium retail locations across Canada, Canndara already has 17 development permits awarded in Western Canada.
