Effective immediately Mr. Byron Coulthard will assume the role of President and CEO of Trueclaim. Dr. Gerry Lefevre and Mr. John Carter have resigned and accepted new roles as V.P. Corporate Development and V.P. Operations respectively and will both remain on the Board of Directors.
Mr. Coulthard would like to thank both men for their hard work and commitment to TRM through these difficult times in the junior mining industry. Their leadership has positioned TRM well as it moves forward with the development of both the Black Diamond Silver / Copper / Gold property in Arizona and the Scadding Gold property in Northern Ontario.
Mr . Coulthard brings extensive experience in both finance and mining that will enable TRM to secure the necessary funding to advance both projects.
