RIO DE JANEIRO, June 7, 2013 /CNW/ - HRT Participações em Petróleo S.A. (the "Company" or "HRT") (BM&FBOVESPA: HRTP3, TSX-V: HRP), announces to its shareholders and to the market that, at a Board of Directors` Meeting held on this date, its Board members were informed about both resignations of Mr. Carlos Tersandro Fonseca Adeodato from the HRT`s Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer positions, and Ms. Maria Emilia de Azevedo from the Company´s Chief Administrative Officer position.

To the position of Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer of HRT, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ricardo Bottas Dourado. The executive joined HRT in 2011, and at present he serves as the Planning and Business Development Executive Manager. Bottas has a 17-year professional experience, holding managerial positions in large companies, such as Neoenergia and Ernst & Young, in the Auditing, Treasury, Finance, Planning and Strategic Control departments. He holds a degree in business administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS), with a graduate specialization in Corporate Finance from IBMEC-RJ.

To the position of Chief Administrative Officer, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Luiz Eduardo Conde. The executive joined the Company in 2011, where he has served as Corporate Administrative Executive Manager, with responsibilities for the Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Compliance, Local Content and General Services. He owns a 33-year managing experience in Administration, Organizational Development, and Finance areas for private companies, public institutions and international entities. He graduated in Business Administration from Escola Brasileira de Administração Pública e de Empresas (EBAPE) of FGV-RJ and also has a postgraduate certificate in Strategic Management and in e-Business at the same institution.

HRT hereby thanks Mr. Carlos Tersandro Fonseca Adeodato and Ms. Maria Emilia de Azevedo for their contribution in the period they honored the Company with their efforts since 2009 and 2011, respectively.
