Further to New Destiny's news release of July 30^th, 2013 regarding a non-brokered private placement financing (the "Private Placement"), the Company wishes to clarify that the Private Placement is for up to 10,000,000 common shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of $0.01 per Share, for gross proceeds of up to $100,000.
