(NYSE: TPRE), announced today that it is planning to release its preliminary monthly investment results for August 2013 via posting to its website at www.thirdpointre.bm under the heading Investment Portfolio Returns located in the Investors section of the website following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 30, 2013, with certain additional information regarding its investment results to be posted to its website at the same location following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 3, 2013. In order to comply with Regulation FD, the Company intends to post on its website under the heading Investment Portfolio Returns located in the Investors section of the website, following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on the last business day of each month, its preliminary monthly investment results for that month, with additional information regarding its monthly investment results to be posted following the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on the first business day of the following month.
