VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2013) - INTERNATIONAL FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED
("Interfor" or the "Company") (TSX:IFP.A) has closed the previously announced public offering of 7,187,500 Class "A" Subordinate Voting shares (the "Shares") at a price of $12.00 per Share for gross proceeds to Interfor of $86,250,000 (the "Offering"). The Company filed a final short form prospectus in each of the provinces of Canada on September 23, 2013 in conjunction with the Offering. RBC Capital Markets and Raymond James led a syndicate of underwriters that included BMO Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets, Scotia Capital and TD Securities (the "Underwriters"). The closing of the Offering today included the exercise in full of the over-allotment option of 937,500 Shares by the Underwriters.
