announced the recent hiring of Dan Hogan, a seasoned entrepreneurial
marketing executive with global experience developing consumer and
commercial business, to serve as worldwide vice-president of marketing,
effective in February 2014. Mr. Hogan has a strong track record with
both independent start-ups as well as building new groups within well
established companies.

sales channels, and deep knowledge of the mobile market is having an

Mr. Hogan is an international senior executive with over 20 years of
experience in global marketing and business development for various
consumer electronics and software application solutions. He has unique
hands-on experience devising go-to-market strategies worldwide,
including China, India, Russia, and Latin America, along with extensive
exposure in North America and Europe. His leadership background spans
the scope of product develop through to global branding and social media
marketing.
Prior to joining LBT, Mr. Hogan served as head of marketing at Ingram
Micro until June of 2013 to help establish their mobile business
practice prior to the merger of BrightPoint – a market leader in mobile
products distribution. He held several marketing leadership positions at
SanDisk from 2004 to 2009, where he helped to grow their consumer and
OEM mobile products business upwards of $2B annually, then assumed a new
leadership role to build up their private-label business to $500M by the
beginning of 2011. Before working at SanDisk, Mr. Hogan served in senior
management roles at NEC and Integrated Device Technology both in product
development, engineering management, and marketing. He has extensive
experience in strategic marketing consulting with numerous companies,
including Apple, Dell, HP, NEC, Samsung, Sony, and Toshiba. Mr. Hogan
graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Business Administration along with a Certificate of International
Business with emphasis in marketing.
