REGINA, March 31, 2014 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc. advises that effective March 31, 2014 Stephen Gledhill will no longer be functioning as Chief Financial Officer or a Director of the company. Mr. John Cook, currently a Director of the company, will be acting as Chief Financial Officer until a replacement can be found.
