MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 15, 2014) - Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX:LW) today announced that the Company's dividend for September, 2014 will be $0.075 per share, representing $0.90 per share on an annualized basis.
Payment will be made on October 15, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2014.
Leisureworld's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial provisions.
