VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / TheNewswire / June 3, 2015 - Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the "Company") today announced that it has granted 2,550,000 incentive stock options pursuant to its Stock Option Plan for its directors, advisors and consultants. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share for a 5-year term.
Any shares issued on the exercise of these stock options will be subject to a four-month holding period from the date of the grant. This stock option grant is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
