Intercept Energy Announces Change of Auditors

June 30, 2015 / TheNewswire / EDMONTON, ALBERTA--- INTERCEPT ENERGY SERVICES INC. ("Intercept" or the "Company") - (TSX-V: IES), announces, after careful consideration and keeping the future growth opportunities in mind it has decided that effective June 29, 2015, and in accordance with regulatory requirements, appointed Collins Barrow Calgary LLP, Chartered Accountants ("Collins Barrow") as its auditor.

Accordingly, the Company has requested the resignation of Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants ("Grant Thornton") as auditor of the Company, and thanks them for their past professional service and support. There were no reservations in Grant Thornton's reports for the two most recently completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued preceding the date of Grant Thornton's resignation. There were also no reportable events between the Company and Grant Thornton or between the Company and Collins Barrow.

The audit committee and board of directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Collins Barrow as successor auditor. In accordance with NI 51-102, a notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the auditor and the successor auditor have been filed on SEDAR.
