CHICAGO, Sept. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CNA today announced the appointment of Wes Sprinkle as senior vice president, Small Business, effective October 19, 2015. In this role, Wes will be responsible for driving the growth of CNA's Small Business customer segment through the development of cutting-edge products, innovative automation solutions and superior customer service. Wes will report to Kevin Leidwinger, president and chief operating officer, CNA Commercial.

Wes brings a 20-year track record of driving business results in the insurance and consulting environments. Most recently, Wes served as chief operating officer for Allstate's $500 million Business Insurance division where he was responsible for leading product development, underwriting, P&L management, pricing, data and analytics, agency servicing, customer service, operations and IT. Prior to his role at Allstate, Wes served as vice president, Commercial Lines Products for The Hartford and Principal for Diamond Management and Technology Consultants.
Wes graduated with honors and holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
