Halyard Capital Announces Sale of Datamyx to Deluxe Corporation

NEW YORK, Oct. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Halyard Capital, a New York based private equity firm, announced today that its portfolio company, Datamyx, was sold to Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) for approximately $160 million in cash proceeds. Datamyx is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and provides marketing data and analytics solutions to financial institutions.

The sale of Datamyx represents the third significant monetization from Halyard Capital Fund II, following the sale of Engauge to Publicis in August 2013 and the partial monetization of OneSource Virtual HR to Technology Crossover Ventures in June 2015.
