Added Capital Cancels Private Placement

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 1, 2015) - Added Capital Inc. (TSXV: AAD) ("Added" or the "Company") today announces that the Company has cancelled its plans to offer a non-brokered private placement of up to $500,000 (the "Financing") previously announced on October 16, 2015. The Company had planned to issue up to 25,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.02 per Unit. Proceeds of the Financing were to be used to settle existing debt and for working capital purposes. Additionally the Company has elected not to pursue the share consolidation of 1 new share for every 3 old shares also announced on October 16, 2015.
