Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 23, 2015) - Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN) ("Centurion", "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed a first tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement and issued 4,324,000 Units priced at $0.05 for total gross proceeds of $216,200. Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at $0.10 during the first year or $0.15 during the second year, following the closing. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring in April 2016. Finders' fees of $450 and 9000 broker warrants (having the same terms as the places) have been paid.
Proceeds from this financing shall be used for investigating project acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
