At the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today (14 June 2016), all of the resolutions
proposed were passed on a poll as set out below.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, full details of the resolutions passed as special business will be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
