MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK--(Marketwired - June 28, 2016) - OrganiGram Holdings Inc. (TSX
VENTURE:OGI)(OTCQB:OGRMF) (the "Company") announces that it has issued an aggregate of 190,000 incentive stock options
to various directors, officers and persons providing Investor Relations Activities as follows:
(a) 60,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $1.01 to Mr. Larry Rogers, a director of the Company and the
Company's Chief Operating Officer; (b) 40,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $1.01 to Ms. Giselle Doiron, the
Company's director of Investor and Media Relations; (c) 40,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $1.25 to Mr. Peter
Amirault, the Company's newest director; and (d) 50,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $1.25 to Mr. Raymond
Gracewood, the Company's Chief Commercial Officer.
These options have been granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan which has been previously approved by the
Company's shareholders and the TSX Venture Exchange. In accordance with the Plan, all options expire 10 years after issuance
and are subject to a 5 year vesting period.
