Inc. ("Vogogo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:VGO) announces today that, pursuant to the
previously announced share purchase agreement dated January 1, 2015 in which it acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares
of Vanado, Inc. (the "Agreement"), the Company has issued an aggregate of 500,000 common shares in the capital
of Vogogo ("Shares") pursuant to the Agreement at a deemed value of $83,500 based on the 5 day VWAP of the
Shares on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") ending on September 9, 2016.
Vogogo also announces that in connection with the changes in management and cost reduction initiatives of the Company, an
aggregate of 1,225,000 stock options have been cancelled as of the date hereof.
