Trust (NYSE: ESRT) announced today that Dr. Martens has signed a long-term lease at 1333 Broadway.
Dr. Martens is a transformed shoe and clothing business that began in 1901 as a modest work-wear boot company. The
signature boots now, 115 years later, are known as one of the most culturally relevant brands of the modern era. This iconic
brand was born from innovation, authenticity and tradition.
