2017 results after the market close on Thursday, May 4, 2017. The Company will also hold a
conference call to discuss its results at 8:30 am (Eastern Time) on Friday,
May 5, 2017.

Third Point Reinsurance First Quarter 2017 Earnings Call. A telephonic replay will be available approximately three hours
