FNB Bancorp Declares First Quarter 2018 Cash Dividend
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Dec 15, 2017) - FNB Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNBG), the parent company for First National Bank
of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirteen cents per share
($0.13/share) on the Company's Common Stock totaling approximately $963,790. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2018 to
shareholders of record as of February 16, 2018.
