BOCA RATON, Fla., June 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inspira Financial Inc. (“Inspira” or the “Company”) (TSXV:LND), today posted its audited financial statements for the year ending February 28, 2019.
The Company’s financial statements for the years ending February 28, 2019 and 2018 and accompanying Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), have been filed on SEDAR and are available at www.sedar.com. The financial statements reflect a partial restatement of the consolidated statements of financial position, changes in shareholders’ equity and operations and comprehensive loss for the year ended February 28, 2018. Higher than expected collections on provisioned loans illuminated a need to restate the provision recorded in the prior year. This restatement resulted in an increase in credit receivables in the amount of $1,445,348 in fiscal 2018 for amounts that were originally recorded as an impairment loss as at February 28, 2018. The Company continues to aggressively collect on all credit receivables regardless of provisioned status.
