CGI announces details for its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and release of fiscal 2020 first quarter results

MONTRÉAL, Jan. 22, 2020 /CNW Telbec/ - CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and release its fiscal 2020 first quarter results on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. The meeting will be held at the Centre Sheraton Montréal, Ballroom, 1201 René-Lévesque Blvd. West, in Montreal at 11:00 a.m. (EST). CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, December 9, 2019 or their proxyholders will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
