YORK, Pa., Jan. 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On January 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on February 8, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 25, 2022, which is the same as the prior quarter’s cash dividend.
