Shares of Integrated Cyber Solutions (CSE:ICS), a new cybersecurity penny stock, are now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The company offers cybersecurity protection geared towards small- to medium-sized businesses, a sector of the market often overshadowed by higher-profile cyberattacks, with recent victims including MGM, Indigo, Suncor and Air Canada.

Integrated Cyber’s suite of solutions, delivered through its IC360 technology platform, include:

  • Ethical hacking” to test for vulnerabilities
  • Employee cybersecurity training, a strategic offering given that 88 per cent of data breaches occur because of human error, according to a survey by cybersecurity company Tessian
  • Artificial intelligence-enabled managed detection and response to identify suspicious activity, automatically neutralize threats and prevent potential vulnerabilities before they happen

According to Polaris Market Research, the global cybersecurity market was valued at US$217.65 billion in 2021 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 9.7 per cent until 2030. Integrated Cyber management believes its products are tailormade to address this growing demand because of its proprietary IP and a focus on simplifying cybersecurity for everyday people.

“We are thrilled to declare our initial public offering on the CSE,” Alan Guibord, Integrated Cyber Solutions’ CEO, said in a statement. “This is an important landmark for the organization and our customers, enabling us to gather additional funds to boost our expansion and enhance our IC360 technology platform. We firmly believe that Integrated Cyber is in a prime position to emerge as a frontrunner in cybersecurity.”

Leede Jones Gable underwrote the IPO with Odyssey Trust Company acting as the transfer agent.
