OK. I missed that part in the original release. So before trading begin on Spinco they are doing a revers split which will leave approximately 100 million shares of Spinco.

Ur confusing spinco with Alamos. You get 1for1 in spinco n 0.16 shares in Alamos for each AR share, I believe!!! UNKLAL

I thought the original news release said current share holder would receive a 1 for 1 share in Spinco. Latest release seems to indicate 0.1 for 1. Anyone else notice that or am I out to lunch?
