OK. I missed that part in the original release. So before trading begin on Spinco they are doing a revers split which will leave approximately 100 million shares of Spinco.

In approximately 3 months (Not even close to 6 months), this Richard Young guy went from telling investors fair value is well above CA$1 billion and could climb to CA$4 billion by November of 2025 ...more

Not sure,, I was under the impression that we would receive ..0185 shares of Alamos for each share of AR..   In my case I would get 3020.75 Alamos shares for my 163284 Ar shares..  Does ...more

G. did you forget that SpinCo starts with a 10/1 reverse split?=.1--IMO  and I've been saying since doomsday, SpinCo is much more likely a dumping ground for the so called AR assets that ...more

Ur confusing spinco with Alamos. You get 1for1 in spinco n 0.16 shares in Alamos for each AR share, I believe!!! UNKLAL

I thought the original news release said current share holder would receive a 1 for 1 share in Spinco. Latest release seems to indicate 0.1 for 1. Anyone else notice that or am I out to lunch?
