Seeing as Management and the Board have also had to kiss large numbers of shares/options goodbye, I wonder what "parting gift" for them is hidden in the "Brookfield Transaction"?

Not sure why Wpg.  This is the company Brookfield set up as part of their loan to ARF.  Not sure what exactly is happening, but some wheels are beginning to turn.
