Seems like it losded up on debt then had write downs by half and yet a lot still buy i mean look at the DBs they are up 90% yet shares are.02 down 20% i think the pre cast is where all the value is as ...more

ARF shareholders are paying to find buyers for ARF in one piece of in pieces.  Brookfiled will sell to them after it will get ARF in the new Co, at our expense and will keep all profit for itself ...more

2G – I think they can accept offers and if combined, their proposition is better than the Brookfield proposal the multiple deals could be done.  If you work there that is what you should hope for ...more

Hibhly unlikely they have received offers...Brookfield has made it so they can't accept offers unless Brookfield is paid out....would require someone to purchase everything not parts of the ...more

According to the Q4 CC, next Wed is the targeted deadline for receipt of binding offers in their purchase/investment process.  Will be interested to see if anything has come of this...

I read, the transaction.  It is for all assets, including all cash and a cash reserve to cover trade creditors. Also Armtec paid to Brookfield an other 4M$ to extend the convenant to June 26 ...more

I would but I bank with Brookfield and they denied me financing. ... they stated it was fairly poor investment and told me to consider buying a company like XM RADIO or Cold FX
