Nothing is a certainty Hammerhead... I didn't use the initial NSR value as it was 0.75% for $12.5MM. That would have been a silly bugger $1.6B valuation which was indeed a risk buy but the applied value hasn't changed a whole bunch. These guys know what's there.
Hence the 'Silly Bugger' math... PFS and FS will be much more accurate but in ithe abscence of either... this is aiming at the sun where I might hit an eagle... but if you aim at the eagle you might hit a rock.....silly rock-hammer161
