RE: Running out of cash

RE: Running out of cash

"it could buy out BVY (cash and stock) and add BYV's 43-101 to its own resource estimate... adding years to its resources and life of mine estimate."

Precisely Winston, in a previous post I outlined that it would be in Rainy's best interest to include Bayfields gold and silver deposits in their mine plans if at the end of the day it makes the overall bottom line all that much sweeter. If after everyone get's paid they show an extra $50 million positive margin or whatever the number might be, they will definitely want those resources on the books. For the open pit mine plans they will want to model their pit design halfway across BYV's property or they will leave a good portion of the ODM 17 extension zone mineralization in the ground.

It makes no sense what so ever for Rainy River to play fast and loose with Bayview and pretend they don't exist in this point of their development. With the discovery of the Intrepid Zone the dynamics of Rainy's and Bayfields relationship has changed for the better. I'm sure they are talking and looking at each other's data on Intrepid. At this point Bayfield will want to prove up everything they can in and around  the north east corner of the property where the Intrepid zone spans both properties.

Interesting to note that the silver mineralization is rich in this new zone which is going to make out real nice for BYV and ultimately Rainy as they move forward with a mine.
