Running out of cash

I think the timing of a buyout (by RR or a third party buying both RR and BVY) will coincide with BYV running out of cash. At that point (soon), BVY has to either do a much larger PP or cash out. Given that RR has almost 100MM in cash from its last financing, it could buy out BVY (cash and stock) and add BYV's 43-101 to its own resource estimate... adding years to its resources and life of mine estimate.

Precisely Winston, in a previous post I outlined that it would be in Rainy's best interest to include Bayfields gold and silver deposits in their mine plans if at the end of the day it makes the overall bottom line all that much ...more
