Hey all the power to youif they can pull this off....pretty sure I have never seen a stock split in favor of the shareholder at the very bottom and come out shining on all accounts.
I was following ACDC prior to the name change only because they had planned to buy MFMs properties, I hold MFM, they have been a huge dissappointment, basically dead money now that their sale of battery metals assets has failed. MFM wasn't a whole lot better thru the whole sale process, hard to believe their plan was to accept shares when they are strapped with debt and very little cash. MFM management IMO was dreaming the ACDC could pull this deal off and get exchange approval. MFM say they are working on others that have interest, but the value of the properties for sale are questionable/perhaps compliance is not as easy as saying the asset is in place...perhaps something not saleable unless a party has cash which limits or eliminates many prospective buyers.
EV/Green tech is hot, I have seen unexplainable valuations within the sector, so never say never.
The CSE is definitely full of surprises, many not very pleasant and seems to lack regulation. Nowadays what is safe when naked shorts play games with small Cos.
I am very skeptical, but that is only my opinion.
