What if they needed the money now for some strategic expansion? There is some consolidation happening in the sector and perhaps they needed to strike now.

The only timing, any Chalice investor needs to worry about, is delivering more revenue through expansion, when those expansion opportunities come along. They have a better operating model than most CDN POT companies. They only grow or procure what they need.

Are you going to pay say $1.00 for the stock when it is trading at $0.80?  Didn't think so.  So why would investors?

Do you not realise size matters?  Do you think 50 or more small unprotiable public cannabis companies make sense? Do you think they are all going to survive?  There WAS a gold rush. It didn't last long.  Stay stagnant and It is over for most of these companies.

At the beginning of the year, they had 7 stores.   A lot of people complained about the money raises at the beginning of the year. Now they have 16 stores and just said they did US$8mln in Q3.

For this company and all of the other small ones, it is time to grow up and to perform. There are only two ways to do that.  Organically or via acquisition.  Organic won't be enough. 7 stores could only produce what they did last year, give or take.  Unless there is a war chest, (they don't have one) then there is no way to grow.  Capital is required to buy  I would prefer they grow.  It is going to take time to become relevant.  They are trying. Be patient or try another stock.
